About us
Company with experience and future
The beginnings of STALER date back to 1989. The first headquarters of the company was Brodnica. Until 2019, STALER's business activities were carried out by two sister companies Nowakowski Wieslaw STALER Towarzystwo Gospodarcze and STALER Market sp. z o.o. The two companies were related in terms of personnel, capital and functions.
On December 31, 2019, the companies merged, which enabled the creation of an entity with more capital that would allow the implementation of development strategies while optimizing costs. Since that day, we have been operating under the common name "STALER MARKET" sp. z o.o., based in Toruń.
Currently, the production plant is located in Golub-Dobrzyn. In addition, the company has branches in Toruń and Grudziądz. As of today, the company employs about 120 workers.
Until 2015, our state-of-the-art production facility was located in Torun. Unfortunately, as a result of a fire, the entire hall, together with part of the machinery, was irreparably damaged. Despite the damage, wishing to continue the company's activities, the company's Board of Directors decided to move production along with administration to the previously owned premises and production halls in Golub Dobrzyn. Since then, intensive work has been carried out all the time to rebuild our production and service efficiency - we have been consistently implementing the expansion of the machinery park, as well as expanding the package of services provided in the processing of metallurgical products.
Since 2002, STALER has been operating on the basis of a certified quality management system ISO 9001. In 2024, we also implemented an environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001 - both certificates were confirmed by TÜV NORD. Our competence in the field of steel structures and welding is confirmed by Quality Austria certificates: ISO 1090 - quality of workmanship of steel structures and ISO 3834 - quality requirements for metal welding. We are also certified by SBS (Nordcert), which entitles us to produce construction reinforcement for the Scandinavian market.
For many years STALER has been a co-founding member of the Polish Union of Steel Distributors. STALER is a reliable partner in business. The company has a number of references from the largest contracting and manufacturing companies in Poland. We have repeatedly received awards, distinctions, titles, the receipt of which was associated with the receipt of positive assessments by business intelligence agencies.

The company has implemented the principle of equality, reflected in offering the same opportunities to all employees, which is evident in the absence of discrimination in recruitment, compensation, access to promotion and professional development.
Environment
The aspect of environmental management is treated, as an important part of the company's day-to-day operations. All measures are taken to manage the product cycle and the process of providing the service itself in such a way as to minimize the negative impact on the environment at each stage. The goal is to conduct operations in a way that minimizes the harmful impact on the environment.
Before deciding to start investing in fixed assets, alternative options are analyzed, as well as the degree of their impact on resource efficiency. The company carries out extensive implementation of measures aimed at reducing waste generation and respecting energy resources. Automation of the production process, to the extent that technological progress allows, contributes to reducing material losses. As a result, less post-production waste is disposed of. Another positive effect is the reduction of the energy resources required for a given operation, as well as the reduction of noise emissions into the environment.
